By signing a logbook on yawbam.com you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple.

Using the logbooks

• The site is free. There are no accounts, purchases or fees.
• You must be 13 or older, or signing with a parent or guardian.
• Sign a log only for a cache you actually found.

What you can't post

• Anyone's personal information, including your own full name, address, school or phone number.
• Photos of other people without their permission, and any photo of a child other than your own.
• Anything hateful, threatening, sexual, violent or illegal, or anything that harasses someone.
• Advertising, links or spam.
• Spoilers that give away exactly where a cache is hidden.

Some entries are held for a person to check before they appear, and every photo is checked. We can decline, hide or remove anything at any time, without notice.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it, you let yawbam.com show it in that cache's logbook for as long as it remains on the site. You can delete it whenever you like. Only post photos you took yourself or have permission to share.

Out in the world

Looking for a cache is at your own risk. Respect private property, posted rules and other people, don't trespass, and leave places as you found them. Children should search with an adult.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is, by a hobbyist, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. Logbooks can be closed or removed. To the extent the law allows, yawbam.com is not liable for loss arising from using the site or from looking for a cache.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Signing a log after a change means you accept the updated terms.
